Breed & weight restrictions apply
2 pets maximum per apartment
Non-refundable pet fee: $300 per pet
Monthly pet rent: $25 per pet
We are a pet friendly community allowing cats and dogs and allow up to two(2) pets per apartment home. You will be required to pay a $300.00 nonrefundable pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent per animal. Please contact the office for breed and weight restrictions.
